What Finance Charts is

Finance Charts is an independent financial-education project built around interactive calculators, transparent assumptions, visual comparisons and practical guides. The goal is to make money and investing questions easier to examine without pretending that one answer fits everyone.

What we publish

• Research when we have data that can be used lawfully, documented clearly and checked independently.

Global by default

Finance Charts is written for an international English-speaking audience. General pages focus on principles that travel across borders. Tax rules, account types, pension systems, deposit protection and other jurisdiction-specific topics should be clearly localized instead of being presented as universal rules.

Education, not personalised advice

Finance Charts does not know your full financial situation. Tools and articles are educational and should not be treated as personalised investment, tax, legal or financial advice. A calculator result is an output from the assumptions entered, not a recommendation to take a particular action.

How trust is handled

Projection and historical results are kept separate. Material assumptions should be visible. Financial claims should be traceable to appropriate sources. When a dataset is used, its identity, treatment and limitations should be disclosed. If a commercial relationship could materially affect how content is perceived, it should be disclosed.
